Dr. Bola Disu, instructional coach and consultant, is passionate about engaging school communities in professional development that focuses on a student-centered approach to academic achievement. With over 20 years experience, Dr. Bola Disu has worked in New York as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, instructional coach, and assistant principal. She currently works as an educational consultant throughout the United States and the US Virgin Islands. Dr. Bola Disu recently volunteered in Guyana where she conducted classroom observations, provided feedback, and guided educators on effective ways to engage students in learning.

Dr. Bola Disu presents at educational conferences where she demonstrates an ability to connect with groups of educators who seek to improve in instructional and leadership practices. She has also worked on school data teams, school leadership teams, and with school board members to help them obtain desired results.

Dr. Bola Disu enjoys travel and education; she feels fortunate to have had the opportunity to combine both in her professional experiences. One of her favorite aspects of her professional practice is to collaborate globally with educators who want to create a positive school culture and improve student-learning outcomes.
