The Elizabeth Rohatyn Prize for Schools where Teaching Matters
Ana Haggerty joins Teaching Matters after six years of experience teaching in district and charter schools in New York City. In the 2012-2013 school year, Ana participated in a pilot program with the NYC Department of Education’s Office of Teacher Effectiveness to demonstrate schools’ progress in implementing The Danielson Framework for Teaching, and give feedback on the development of protocols for peer walkthroughs and feedback cycles. Most recently, she has served as a Director of English as a New Language (ENL) Services across K-12 and as an Academic Dean.
