Tiffani Martin is a K-3 Coaching Specialist from Baltimore, MD. Tiffani has over 15 years of experience in education and child advocacy, specifically working with “at-risk” students as a teacher coach, graduate Literacy instructor, ECE classroom observer, ECE classroom teacher, substitute, tutor and after-school program specialist. She primarily taught Early Childhood Pre-K through 2nd grade for almost 10 years. Most recently, she worked with Urban Teachers for Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore City for 7 years providing high-quality graduate coursework instruction to approximately 30 resident teachers, issuing actionable feedback as a teacher coach to a group of 6 to 12 resident teachers in their classroom placements, as well as leading and facilitating professional development sessions like “The Social and Emotional Development of 3 and 4-year olds”, “Fountas and Pinnell Running Record Benchmark Assessment”, “Lesson Planning Bootcamp”, and “Classroom Management.”
