Isabel then transitioned to working with adult learners as they prepared to become teachers. She currently works as a thought partner and coach focused on teacher retention.
Isabel holds a Professional Teaching License in K-12 Linguistically Diverse Education and is trained in Advanced Cognitive Coaching. Isabel graduated from DePauw University with a B.A. in Mathematics and earned a M.A. in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis in Urban pedagogy from the University of Colorado, Denver.
Isabel currently lives in rural Southwest Colorado where she practices her coaching skills daily not only as a professional but also as a wife of a school leader and mother of two very curious children. She is passionate about providing safe spaces for learners of all ages to think aloud, reflect, and grow!
