LaTrice S. Carter is an experienced educator, thought leader, with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. Driven by student achievement, she takes pride in providing the best customer solutions possible. As an educational partner, her goals include effective professional development implementation plans to meet district needs, instructional design/content development, and partnership development/parent engagement.

As a former classroom teacher, college professor, and current Director of Educational Partnership for school districts in the South and Northeast regions, LaTrice has witnessed the impact early learning has on a child’s educational development and is here to Make a Difference. Throughout her transition from the business world to education/educational sales, LaTrice has worked with school leaders to build and implement initiatives for school improvement plans and academic achievement for students of all ages. Her current position allows her to work extensively with various businesses, local community partners, school districts, and other leaders to gain educational resources and professional development tools. The partnerships facilitate collaboration among different organizations to mentor students and volunteer her time during periods of needs such as back to school events and the “Read Across America” program, to name a few. Her journey in education has provided her the opportunity to observe numerous students and their learning styles.

LaTrice is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Communications. She has advanced her studies with a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. LaTrice has completed all course work for her Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership Curriculum and Instruction. LaTrice is a native of North Augusta, South Carolina, and currently lives in Chester, Virginia.
