After serving as a teacher and principal in New York City Public Schools, and Director of New School Development for the Urban Assembly, Jennifer has worked for the past several years nationally as an independent consultant in school and program development. Key skills include instructional coaching, leadership development, vision and strategic planning, school systems operations and budgets, school culture, career and technical education, personalized learning, and professional learning communities. Jennifer is skilled at using creative, innovative thinking to help schools and students succeed, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, the arts and the outdoors.
