Nearly 80% of Teaching Matters Teacher Leaders were retained for two years. Teaching Matters has trained Teacher Leaders from 236 Bronx schools – representing 53% of the borough.

Changing Teacher Practice

92% of our Teacher Leaders’ teachers demonstrate a change in practice on at least 1 indicator of the Instructional Practice Guide observation tool.
